Working for Be Cared For offers a rewarding and supportive environment where staff development is a genuine priority. As a small care company, Be Cared For provides unique learning opportunities, including comprehensive shadowing for new staff to ensure confidence and competence from the outset. Employees have access to NVQ opportunities, online training through Social Care TV, and a range of in-house training courses designed by the experienced office team. Notably, the office team are fully trained to deliver First Aid and Moving and Handling training, allowing courses to be taught in-house and tailored to each staff member’s individual learning style and needs. This personalised approach ensures continuous professional development, enhances skills, and supports staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care while feeling valued and well-supported in their roles.

Our recruitment process
📝 Step 1: Apply

Please note: applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
📞 Step 2: Friendly Telephone Chat
If your application is shortlisted, we’ll arrange a telephone interview at a convenient time for you. This is an informal but important conversation where we:

This step gives us a chance to get to know each other and ensures that both you and Be Cared For feel confident about moving forward.
🤝 Step 3: Meet the Team
You’ll be invited to a face-to-face interview at our Bingham office. We’ll ask you to complete an application form, bring proof of identity, and complete a Pre-Employment Health Questionnaire following your interview. This is also a great opportunity to meet the team and get a real feel for the supportive, family-like environment we nurture at Be Cared For.
🛡️ Step 4: Offer, Checks & 6-Month Induction
Successful candidates will receive a conditional job offer, subject to references and a DBS check.
All new members of staff begin a 6-month induction period, designed to fully support you as you settle into your role. During this time, you will:
